Can we customise a package?
Absolutely. The three packages are starting points, not boxes you have to fit into. Mix and match hours, add-ons and deliverables so it fits your day and your budget — just tell me what you need and I’ll put together a custom quote.
Do you offer combined photo and video?
Yes — the Signature+ package is designed for seamless coverage with one supplier and a consistent look across stills and film. One team, one vision, significantly cheaper than booking two suppliers separately.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes — fully insured for public liability and equipment, and Enhanced DBS checked. The Enhanced DBS is ideal for proms and school events where vetting is often required.
How fast is delivery?
Preview selects arrive quickly — usually a small batch within days of the event. Full photo galleries and edited films are delivered on an agreed timeline that varies by season and package. Teaser reels are available within days where booked.
Do you travel outside Norfolk?
Yes. Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and UK-wide are all on the table. Travel costs are transparent and agreed in advance — never a surprise on the final invoice.
Is drone always possible?
Drone flights depend on venue permission, airspace clearance and weather on the day. I’m UK CAA licensed and fully insured, but I won’t fly unsafely. If conditions don’t allow, I’ll capture strong ground alternatives so you still get the cinematic establishing shots.
