The two essentials are your wedding date and your venue. With those, I can check availability and send back a tailored quote.

If you’ve got time to share more, the things that genuinely help me give you a useful response are: roughly how many guests, what coverage you’re thinking (just photo, just video, or both), and whether you have any specific moments or worries — e.g. you’ve got family flying in, or you’re nervous about being photographed, or your venue has unusual lighting.

I aim to reply personally within 24 hours. If I am photographing a wedding or working on location, it may take a little longer. Check your spam folder if you are waiting, or email hello@paulmindyphotography.co.uk with your date and venue.

Yes — happy to chat on the phone, on a video call, or meet in person before booking, completely free. No pressure, no sales pitch.

That said, I usually suggest email first. It lets you ask questions in your own time, see exactly what’s included, and decide whether you want to take it further. Once you’ve had a look at the quote, we can jump on a call if it helps. Or skip the call entirely if you’re ready to book.

Whatever order works for you. Some couples sign the contract first then chat, others want to chat before they decide. Both are fine.

I check my diary personally, review your plans and reply with availability and suitable options. We can arrange a call if it helps. When you are ready to book, I send the agreement and booking payment details. For weddings, a signed agreement and the £300 retainer secure your date; submitting an enquiry alone does not reserve it.

I will let you know when I check the diary. Availability depends on the particular date, so please enquire even if your wedding is some way ahead or at short notice. If you have flexible dates, include the alternatives and I can check those too.

Yes. Send the shoot date or preferred timeframe, location, type of work and delivery deadline. For business work, explain where the photographs or video will be used and any required quantities or formats. You can browse commercial pricing first; booking arrangements are confirmed in your quote.

You can still enquire. Include your likely month or dates, the area and any venues you are considering. If a date cannot be entered in the form, write it clearly in the message or email me directly. I will confirm availability once we have the date to check.
