Half-day: up to 4 hours. Full-day: up to 8 hours. These are on-location hours, including setup and pack-down. Editing takes place afterwards; the agreed editing work is included in your quote.
Travel included within a 30-mile radius of Thetford. Travel beyond this radius is quoted upfront. Additional editing outside the agreed brief is £60 per hour, with the work and cost agreed before it starts.

How many hours are included in a half-day or full-day?

What revisions are included and how much is additional editing?
Interview and event video packages include one consolidated revision round: send your feedback together in one list for the included edit. Other packages have their revision allowance specified in the quote. Additional editing outside the agreed brief is £60 per hour. The extra work and cost are agreed with you before it starts.
Is VAT added to these prices?
No. I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Prices are starting rates unless a range is shown; the total for your agreed brief is confirmed in your quote.
Can you create vertical content for our business?
Yes. Business content creation includes options for vertical 9:16 Reels, TikTok and Stories, with square 1:1 and horizontal 16:9 versions by agreement. Book a standalone session or discuss an add-on. Clip quantities, lengths, captions, revisions, usage and delivery timing are agreed in your quote.
What usage rights are included?
Standard commercial delivery includes use on your own website and organic social channels in perpetuity. Please describe any print, paid advertising, broadcast or third-party use when enquiring, so the appropriate permissions and any additional licensing cost can be confirmed in your quote. School photography has separate ordering and usage arrangements agreed with the school.
Do you travel outside Norfolk?
Yes. I cover Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and UK-wide projects. Travel is included within a 30-mile radius of Thetford. Beyond this radius, travel time, mileage and any accommodation are quoted upfront before booking.
How do the drone options differ?
Video clips added to a booked drone photography flight start at £120. Drone filming added to an existing commercial shoot starts at £140, and a standalone drone video shoot starts at £375. The footage, editing and flight requirements are confirmed in your quote. Flights are subject to suitable weather, airspace and permissions, with risk assessments and £5m public liability cover.
What are typical turnaround times?
Event photography includes a social preview within 24–48 hours. For other projects, previews are typically available within 24–72 hours where feasible. Final delivery depends on the brief and is agreed in your quote. Tell me about launch dates or other fixed deadlines before booking.
Can you work with our PR or marketing team?
Yes. We agree brand guidelines, shot lists, file naming, required formats and delivery specifications before the shoot. Please include any caption, metadata, asset management or campaign usage requirements in your brief.
