What’s included in your half-day and full-day rates?
Every shoot includes a pre-production planning call, professional kit with full backup gear, lighting and audio appropriate to the brief, on-site capture, secure backup workflow, editing and colour-accurate grading.
Standard web and social usage rights are included. Extended licensing (print, broadcast, paid-media campaigns) is available on request and quoted separately.
Do you travel outside Norfolk?
Yes — regular coverage across Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire with no travel charges. UK-wide on request. Travel time, mileage and accommodation (if needed) are quoted transparently up-front.
Drone work — are you licensed and insured?
Yes — UK CAA approvals for commercial drone operations, with proper risk assessments and £5m public liability cover. Flight permissions, NOTAMs and on-site safety briefs are all handled as part of the booking.
If your site has unusual airspace considerations, just flag at the enquiry stage and we’ll confirm what’s possible before quoting.
What are typical turnaround times?
Social previews typically within 24-72 hours where feasible — useful for live event coverage and time-sensitive launches. Final delivery timeline depends on scope and season but is always agreed and confirmed on the quote.

Can you work with our PR or marketing team?
Absolutely — this is the most common booking setup. We align upfront on brand guidelines, shot lists, filename and alt-tag conventions, delivery specs (16:9, 1:1, 9:16, captions, embedded metadata).
If your team works in a specific asset management system or has particular delivery requirements, just let me know and we’ll match the workflow.
Do you handle extended licensing or usage upgrades?
Yes. Standard delivery includes web and social usage in perpetuity. For broadcast use, paid advertising campaigns, print runs above a certain volume, or third-party resale, extended licensing is available and quoted based on scope and term.
