Do you need a lot of setup time?
Setup depends on your event and whether you need portraits, lighting, audio or video as well as candid photography. Share the running order and venue access times so we can agree arrival, setup and coverage without interrupting the programme.
Can you provide both photo and video?
Yes. We agree the photography priorities, film deliverables and schedule before booking. If simultaneous activity requires extra coverage, additional support can be discussed and quoted. Full talks, interviews and promotional Reels are separate deliverables unless specified in your package.
How quickly are images delivered?
Fast previews are standard — a small set within 24-48 hours where the event is time-sensitive (PR releases, social posts, follow-up campaigns). Full edited galleries delivered on an agreed timeline that fits your follow-up plans.
Do you work with PR teams?
Absolutely — I provide images in the right formats and resolutions for press release distribution and social media campaigns. Press-ready 300dpi exports, social-optimised crops, and metadata-correct files with consistent captions.
Do you cover boxing and combat sports specifically?
Yes — boxing photography is a real specialism. Ring-side action, fighter portraits, corner team moments, knockout punches, victory celebrations. Fast shutter speeds, low-light handling, dramatic ring lighting expertise. Available for promoters, gyms, fighters and event organisers across Norfolk and UK-wide.
Do you offer drone and aerial coverage?
Yes — UK CAA licensed and fully insured. Aerial coverage works particularly well for sporting events, motorsport, festivals, large gatherings and venue establishing shots. How do we book event coverage?
Send your event date, location and what you need covered via the contact form. Replies within 24 hours with tailored package recommendations. Time-sensitive bookings can often be arranged at short notice — just ask.
How much does event photography cost?
Commercial event photography starts at £425 for a half-day or £775 for a full day. These include up to four or eight hours on location respectively, including setup and pack-down. Image quantities, usage and delivery are agreed in your quote. School and prom arrangements can differ; see commercial rates and school event coverage.
