Share your day with everyone who matters.
Not everyone can be in the room on your wedding day. With professional live streaming from Paul Mindy Photography, friends and family anywhere in the world can watch your ceremony, speeches and key moments unfold in real time — in high definition, with crystal-clear audio, and a reliable connection.
Whether it’s family overseas, guests who can’t travel, or loved ones in hospital, a properly produced live stream brings them into the day rather than leaving them out of it.
Professional, not improvised.
A phone propped against a chair isn’t a live stream. This is the proper version — professional cameras, clean audio from the right places, and someone on-site keeping it all running smoothly.
HD streaming
Professional-grade cameras and equipment deliver crisp video and audio — not the grainy, drop-frame stream remote guests are used to settling for.
Multiple platforms
YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Zoom or a private password-protected link — whatever suits your guests. Public, private or somewhere in between.
Reliable and secure
Backup internet connections, redundant equipment, and full on-site technical support throughout the day. The stream doesn’t drop because the venue Wi-Fi did.
Real-time connection
Remote guests can comment and react as the day unfolds — chat enabled where you want it, kept private where you don’t. They feel part of the wedding, not separate from it.

- Custom platform setup — YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Zoom or private link

Live streaming FAQs
Practical answers about how live streaming works on the day. Anything else? Send a message — I reply personally within 24 hours.
What platforms can we use for the live stream?
YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Zoom, or a custom private link with password protection — whatever suits your guests. Public streams work well for large family groups. Private password-protected streams are better when you want to control who can watch.
If your guests are spread across multiple platforms, the Premium package can stream to several simultaneously.
What happens if the internet connection fails?
Venue Wi-Fi is often the weakest link in a live stream — so I never rely on it alone. Standard kit includes mobile data backup via professional bonded cellular, automatically failing over if the main connection wobbles.
I’ll also check connection strength during the setup phase. If a venue is in a known mobile blackspot, I’ll let you know in advance and discuss options.
Can guests watch the stream later if they miss it live?
Yes — the stream is recorded and you receive an edited version after the wedding. Perfect for guests in different time zones who can’t catch it live, or for keeping as a memory of the day.
The recording can also stay available on YouTube/Vimeo (public or unlisted) so guests can rewatch whenever they like.
Can we combine live streaming with photography or videography?
Absolutely — in fact, this is the most common booking. Combining live streaming with full wedding photography or cinematic videography means one supplier coordinating the whole day, consistent quality, and a better combined rate than booking separately.
Is the stream interactive? Can remote guests participate?
Yes, with platforms like YouTube and Zoom there’s a chat function where remote guests can comment and react in real time. Some couples have a designated person at the wedding monitoring the chat to read out congratulations during the reception — a lovely touch that makes remote guests feel genuinely included.
Chat can also be disabled or restricted if you’d prefer the stream to be view-only.
How discreet is the equipment on the day?
Streaming equipment is set up before guests arrive and positioned to be as unobtrusive as possible — small mirrorless cameras on slim tripods, not broadcast-TV rigs. Cabling is run along walls or under matting where needed.
Guests in the room usually don’t notice the stream is happening, which is the point.
