I film documentary-cinematic wedding films across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, UK-wide on request, with optional licensed drone footage, crisp vow and speech audio, and flexible payment terms.

Start and finish times are agreed around your timetable within your chosen hours. Shorter and off-peak weddings are available by tailored quote. Drone footage depends on weather, airspace and venue permission. Film length depends on the events recorded and the agreed edit.

How long is the final wedding film?
Essential Film includes a 4–5 minute cinematic highlight. Documentary Story includes a longer documentary wedding film with the full ceremony and speeches; a highlight can be added as an optional extra. Complete Film Collection includes both films, plus full ceremony, speeches and first dance edits. Documentary length depends on your day, including the length of the ceremony and speeches.

Do you record vows and speeches audio?
Yes. Dedicated microphones capture clear vows and speech audio across all three packages. Essential Film uses selected audio within the highlight. Documentary Story and Complete Film Collection include the full ceremony and speeches.
When will we receive our film?
Films are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on the season and the edits included in your package. Complete Film Collection also includes a sneak-peek teaser, usually within the first week. Everything arrives via a private online link to watch and download. Agree any specific delivery deadline when booking.
Can we add vertical wedding content for Reels and TikTok?
Yes. Content creator-style coverage is an optional add-on to all three videography packages, with vertical 9:16 clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Stories. Candid moments and behind-the-scenes details are quoted separately from your cinematic highlight or documentary film. We agree the content, filming priorities and delivery timing before your wedding.
Can we book photography and videography together?
Yes — and it’s the most popular choice, because booking both together is noticeably cheaper than booking each separately, and you get one consistent cinematic look across your photos and your film from a supplier who knows how to work alongside themselves on the day.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my date?
Yes — a £300 retainer secures your date. Until that’s paid, your date is open to other enquiries. Once it’s in, the date is yours and I won’t take another booking for the same day.
The retainer is non-refundable (it covers preparation already done and the bookings turned down to hold your date), but it counts toward your total package price — it’s a deposit, not an extra fee.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — the standard structure is £300 deposit at booking, with the balance due 1 month before the wedding. Within that, you’re free to pay in pieces as your money comes in — some couples pay in one go closer to the date, others send a little each month from booking onwards.
No interest, no fees for splitting payments. The only firm rule is that the full balance clears by 1 month before your wedding day.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to change your wedding date and I’m available on the new date (within 6 months of the original), your £300 retainer transfers across with no fee. Beyond 6 months, the cancellation terms apply — but in practice I try to be flexible, especially for genuine reasons like venue changes or family circumstances.
If you need to cancel entirely, the contract has a sliding scale: 91–120 days before the wedding is 50% of the total fee, 61–90 days is 75%, and 60 days or less is 100%. The retainer is non-refundable in all cases.
If I ever have to cancel on my end (illness, emergency), the contract requires me to find a suitable replacement of similar quality or refund all payments. I’ve never had to in 15+ years — but it’s in writing for your peace of mind.
Are off-peak prices really cheaper?
Shorter and off-peak weddings are available by tailored quote based on your date, venue and required hours. Off-peak dates typically include November to March and Monday–Thursday. You receive the same standard of filming, editing and delivery; your quote confirms the coverage and films included.
