A Different Take on Luxury

Luxury doesn’t mean posed and artificial.

The best high-end wedding photography balances editorial polish with real human moments. Many luxury photographers lean entirely on stylised portraits and miss the genuine emotion of the day. I deliver both — the magazine-worthy hero shots AND the candid moments between speeches, the parent-and-child glances during the ceremony, the quiet laughs at the bar.

That balance is what separates a luxury wedding gallery that feels alive from one that feels like a fashion shoot you happen to appear in.

It’s the same documentary wedding photography ethos I bring to every Norfolk wedding — simply elevated for premium venues, refined styling and longer timelines.

What You Get

Three things that matter most.

Editorial + documentary

Luxury venues deserve refined imagery — but your day deserves real moments captured. I deliver both: editorial polish for portraits and architecture, documentary storytelling for the human moments.

One-photographer hybrid

High-end weddings don’t need a big crew cluttering up your day. Photography and cinematic video covered by one calm presence — refined, consistent style across stills and film, no disruption.

Drone & 360°

Cinematic drone establishing shots of grand grounds and architecture, plus 360-degree coverage where venue permission, airspace and weather allow. Adds genuine wow-factor to luxury films.

Common Questions

Luxury wedding FAQs

Practical answers about coverage, timing and what’s included. Anything else? Send a message — replies within 24 hours.

How do you approach luxury weddings?

The same documentary-cinematic approach as every wedding I cover — just elevated for premium venues, refined styling and longer timelines. I balance editorial polish with real emotional moments, so your photos and film feel both high-end and genuine.

What changes for luxury days is preparation: more detailed planning, longer scouting, refined portrait location choices, and tighter coordination with wedding planners and venue coordinators.

Can you cover both photo and video on a luxury day?

Yes — my one-photographer hybrid setup keeps the day calm and uncluttered while delivering consistent style across stills and film. For larger luxury days where a second shooter would genuinely help (large guest count, multiple ceremony locations, extended timeline), I work with a trusted second shooter at additional cost.

The combined photo and video package is significantly better value than booking two separate suppliers.

Do you include drone and 360° footage?

Yes — where safe, legal and venue-approved. UK CAA licensed and fully insured. Grand country estate venues photograph spectacularly from above — sweeping gravel drives, formal gardens, historic architecture, surrounding parkland. 360-degree coverage adds an immersive layer for ceremony spaces and grand receptions.

How do we choose the right luxury package?

For most luxury weddings I recommend a bespoke package rather than a standard tier. We’ll have a call about your vision, venue, guest count, timeline and any specific requirements (multi-day coverage, fine-art album options, gallery prints, etc.) and I’ll send tailored recommendations.

Standard photo and video packages are a great starting reference, but luxury days usually need adjustments.

When will we get our photos and film?

Luxury days involve larger coverage and longer timelines. You’ll receive a fast sneak peek within days of the wedding — usually 10-20 hero shots so you have something refined to share. The complete gallery and films arrive on an agreed timeline, typically longer than standard packages because of the level of attention each frame receives.

Optional rush turnaround is available where deadlines matter (press releases, magazine features, social launches).

Do you work with wedding planners and stylists?

Absolutely — in fact most luxury days I cover involve a wedding planner, florist and stylist team. I’ll coordinate with them on timelines, key shot lists, brand-aligned filenames for any commercial use, and editorial-quality detail captures of their work for portfolio use.
