Every wedding is different, but most couples find one of three packages fits the way they want their day documented. Documentary-cinematic photography across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, with drone photographs and flexible payment terms. Start and finish times are agreed around your wedding timetable within your chosen hours. Shorter and off-peak weddings are available by tailored quote. Drone photographs depend on weather, airspace and venue permission.
Which package fits your timetable?
Essential suits couples who want ceremony arrivals, portraits and reception moments within 7 hours. First-dance coverage depends on when your ceremony and evening celebrations take place.
Full Day gives you up to 9 hours for preparations through to shortly after the first dance. Share your ceremony time and locations so we can plan the start and finish.
Complete Collection extends coverage to up to 12 hours for more of the evening party, and adds a wedding album plus drone photographs where conditions permit. It is the option to consider when the printed album and later celebrations matter to you.
The standard of photography and editing is the same across all three packages. The differences are time and included extras. If your plans do not fit these options, send your date, venue and required hours for a tailored quote.

How much are your Norfolk wedding photography packages?
Essential starts at £1,295 for up to 7 hours. Full Day starts at £1,695 for up to 9 hours. Complete Collection starts at £2,195 for up to 12 hours. All include edited high-resolution photographs, a private online gallery and sneak peeks. Complete Collection also includes a wedding album, with specification agreed in your quote, and drone photographs where conditions permit.
Does every package cover preparations and the first dance?
No. Essential is ceremony-led, with first-dance coverage where your timetable allows within 7 hours. Full Day is planned from preparations until shortly after the first dance within 9 hours. Complete Collection allows up to 12 hours through the evening celebrations. Your start and finish times are agreed before booking.
Do these packages include wedding video or social clips?
These packages cover photography. Wedding films are available through separate videography or combined photo and video packages. Vertical 9:16 social clips for Reels, TikTok and Stories are an optional content-creation add-on, quoted separately with filming priorities, clip quantities and delivery agreed before booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my date?
Yes — a £300 retainer secures your date. Until that’s paid, your date is open to other enquiries. Once it’s in, the date is yours and I won’t take another booking for the same day.
The retainer is non-refundable (it covers the work I’ve already done preparing for your day, and the bookings I’ve turned down to hold the date), but it counts toward your total package price — it’s a deposit, not an extra fee.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — the standard structure is £300 deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due 1 month before the wedding. But within that, you’re free to pay in pieces as your money comes in. Some couples pay it all in one go closer to the date; others send a few hundred each month from booking onwards. Whatever works for you.
I don’t charge interest, fees or anything for splitting payments. The only firm rule is that the full balance needs to be cleared by 1 month before your wedding day.
What’s not included in the packages?
I believe in being straight about this so there are no surprises later. The packages listed cover photography on the day, editing, and your private online gallery. The following are not included as standard but are available as add-ons:
- Albums for Essential and Full Day, additional albums and prints (Complete Collection includes a wedding album; its specification is agreed in your quote)
- Engagement or pre-wedding shoots
- Second photographer (occasionally needed for very large weddings)
- Drone photographs for Essential and Full Day (included in Complete Collection where conditions permit)
- Wedding films and optional vertical social content, quoted separately
- Travel costs for venues outside the regular Norfolk / Suffolk / Essex / Cambridgeshire coverage area
- USB drives or boxed gallery delivery (everything is delivered digitally as standard)

Can I customise a package or add extras?
Absolutely. The three packages are starting points, not boxes you have to fit into. If you want Full Day extended by an hour, Essential with drone photographs, or a shorter wedding — just say. I’ll put together a custom quote based on what you actually want for your day.
Common customisations include adding a pre-wedding engagement shoot, extending coverage by an hour or two, adding albums, or combining photography with my wedding videography for a unified package.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to change your wedding date and I’m available on the new date (within 6 months of the original), your £300 retainer transfers across with no fee. Beyond 6 months, the cancellation terms apply — but in practice I try to be flexible, especially for genuine reasons like venue changes or family circumstances.
If you need to cancel entirely, my contract has a sliding cancellation scale: 91–120 days before the wedding is 50% of the total fee, 61–90 days is 75%, and 60 days or less is 100%. The retainer is non-refundable in all cases.
If I have to cancel for any reason on my end (illness, emergency), the contract requires me to find a suitable replacement videographer or photographer of similar quality, or refund all payments. I’ve never had to do this in 15+ years — but it’s in writing for your peace of mind.
Are off-peak prices really cheaper?
Shorter and off-peak weddings are available by tailored quote. Send me your date, venue and required hours, and I’ll confirm your options and price. Off-peak dates typically include November to March and Monday–Thursday weddings.
You receive the same standard of photography, editing and gallery delivery. Your quote sets out the agreed hours and inclusions.
If you’re flexible on dates, an off-peak wedding is often the easiest way to stretch the photography budget.
