Live Wall Plus

Control your wedding photo wall from your phone.

Open the private Live Wall on a suitable TV, projector or laptop. Then use your phone as the remote.

Show the upload QR full-screen when you want more guests to contribute. Move backwards or forwards, pause the slideshow, mute video and return to the photos with one tap. The remote reports whether the display is online and confirms when a command has actually been applied.

No special PMP display equipment is required. You use a suitable screen with a modern browser and internet connection.

Private by default

Your wedding photos stay under your control.

A QR code makes contributing easy. It does not mean every guest automatically gets access to every upload.

Guest gallery is off by default. Guests can upload without browsing everybody else’s photographs.
Moderation is available. Keep new uploads pending until you approve them for the gallery or Live Wall.
Private customer dashboard. Manage the event without giving guests WordPress or admin access.
Download everything. Keep your own copy of the collected media as a single ZIP download.
Make the QR impossible to miss

Where should you put your wedding photo QR code?

The best QR is the one guests naturally notice while they already have their phone in their hand.

Welcome signIntroduce the photo-sharing QR as guests arrive so they know about it from the start.
Wedding breakfast tablesSmall table cards keep the QR visible throughout the meal without needing an announcement.
Bar areaA useful second location once the evening reception begins and more phones come out.
Photo booth areaPlace it where guests are already taking pictures and are most likely to upload immediately.
Evening receptionPut the QR near the dance floor or DJ so evening guests can join in too.
On the Live WallWith Plus, show the upload QR full-screen on the display whenever you want to encourage more contributions.
Why use a dedicated QR service?

Less chasing. Less mess afterwards.

There are plenty of ways to ask for wedding photos. A dedicated upload QR keeps the process in one place without relying on social media or a group chat.

Questions couples ask

Wedding guest photo sharing FAQs

Read the guest photo-sharing guide for more planning ideas, or add an audio guest book to collect spoken messages alongside your photos.

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their normal phone camera and upload through their browser. There is no guest account and nothing to install.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Guests use a modern phone browser, so the service is designed to work on current iPhone and Android devices without a dedicated app.
Can guests upload videos as well as photos?
Yes. Supported photographs and video files can be uploaded. The uploader checks whether the selected files are supported and shows upload progress.
How many files can a guest select at once?
Guests can select up to 20 files in one batch. The uploader shows previews and progress while the files are being sent.
Can guests see everybody else’s photos?
Not unless you choose to allow it. Guest gallery access is off by default, so people can contribute while you keep the complete collection private.
Can I approve photos before they appear?
Yes. Turn moderation on and new uploads remain pending until you approve them. You can also hide or delete media from the customer dashboard.
Can I display guest photos on a TV during the wedding?
Yes. Both packages include the Live Wall display. Open the private Wall link on a suitable TV, projector or laptop with a modern browser and internet connection.
What extra do I get with the £69 Plus package?
Plus adds the phone remote for the Live Wall. You can see whether the display is online, go previous or next, pause or resume, mute or unmute video, show the upload QR full-screen and return to the photos.
Does the £69 package include a TV?
No. The service is deliberately designed to work UK-wide without equipment delivery. You use your own suitable TV, projector or laptop.
Do guests need Wi-Fi?
Guests need an internet connection to send their files. They can use venue Wi-Fi or their normal mobile data connection.
Can I download all the wedding photos at once?
Yes. Your private dashboard includes Download Everything so you can collect the event media into one ZIP download.
How long do I keep access?
Standard access is included for 90 days after the event. You can add 12-Month Extended Access for £19 to keep the event available for one full year after the wedding.
What if I lose my dashboard link?
Use the customer access page with the booking email address and the service can send the private dashboard link again.
Can I use it anywhere in the UK?
Yes. Setup, payment, QR generation and customer access are online, so the service can be used at weddings throughout the UK.
How should we test our wedding photo QR code?

Before printing, scan the code with a phone and upload a test photo. Keep the printed code clear and readable. If using the Live Wall, test the actual display, browser and internet connection, and check your moderation and guest gallery settings before guests arrive.

Does guest photo sharing replace our wedding photographer?

Guest uploads complement your professional wedding photography. They collect informal moments from different points of view; they do not provide planned coverage or professional editing.

When should we download our wedding photos and videos?

Download and back up your collection before your access period ends: 90 days after the event as standard, or one full year with the £19 extension. Open the downloaded ZIP and check your files. Online access is time limited.

Ready when you are

One QR code could collect the photos you would otherwise never see.

Choose your package, create the event online and receive your private customer dashboard and guest QR automatically.
