Can you shoot at our office?
Yes — on-site office shoots are the most popular format. Portable professional lighting and compact kit mean minimal disruption to your day. Most team headshot sessions wrap in a single morning or afternoon.
For larger teams or executive portraits needing specific lighting setups, I’ll do a quick recce or planning call first so we know exactly which areas will work.
Do you offer video too?
Absolutely. Interviews, case studies, brand promos, event highlights and recruitment videos can all be added to a corporate shoot — same creative direction, same visual style across both deliverables.

What about commercial licensing?

What’s involved in a headshot day for a team?
For team headshot sessions: I arrive 30 minutes ahead to set up professional lighting in a chosen area. Each person needs 5-10 minutes for shooting, plus quick wardrobe check and direction. For 10-20 people we typically need 2-3 hours in total.
I’ll send a short prep guide ahead of the day (what to wear, what to avoid) so your team feels prepared and confident.
Can you work to brand guidelines?
Yes — if you have existing brand guidelines for photography style, colour treatment, composition rules, send them over at quote stage. I’ll match the established visual identity exactly so new imagery sits seamlessly with existing brand assets.
Do you cover corporate events and conferences?
