Headshots, brand photography or a full content day?
For a team headshot session, send the number of people, office location and preferred background. For a brand shoot, list the website pages, products and workplace activities you need photographed. We can schedule portraits and working scenes around your team’s availability.
A half-day allows up to four hours on location and a full day up to eight, including setup and pack-down. Your quote confirms image quantities, retouching, usage and delivery. Can you shoot at our office?
Yes — on-site office shoots are the most popular format. Portable professional lighting and compact kit mean minimal disruption to your day. Most team headshot sessions wrap in a single morning or afternoon.
For larger teams or executive portraits needing specific lighting setups, I’ll do a quick recce or planning call first so we know exactly which areas will work.
Do you offer video too?
Absolutely. Interviews, case studies, brand promos, event highlights and recruitment videos can all be added to a corporate shoot — same creative direction, same visual style across both deliverables.

What about commercial licensing?
Standard commercial usage covers your own website and organic social channels in perpetuity. Tell me about brochures, PR distribution, paid advertising, third-party use or exclusive rights before booking so the permissions and any additional cost are agreed in your quote. How fast is delivery?

What’s involved in a headshot day for a team?
For team headshot sessions: I arrive 30 minutes ahead to set up professional lighting in a chosen area. Each person needs 5-10 minutes for shooting, plus quick wardrobe check and direction. For 10-20 people we typically need 2-3 hours in total.
I’ll send a short prep guide ahead of the day (what to wear, what to avoid) so your team feels prepared and confident.
Can you work to brand guidelines?
Yes. Send your photography guidelines, reference images, preferred backgrounds, crops and colour treatment before the shoot. We agree the visual approach and retouching requirements so the new images work alongside your existing brand assets.
Do you cover corporate events and conferences?
Yes — keynote presentations, awards ceremonies, networking events, product launches, AGMs and conferences. Same-day preview delivery available for time-sensitive PR. Press-ready exports with metadata-correct files for media distribution.
How do we book?

How much do corporate headshots and branding photography cost?
Individual headshots start at £149 for two retouched images. Team headshots start at £399 for up to five people, with two retouched images each, at one location with one lighting and background setup. Business and branding photography starts at £495 for a half-day or £895 for a full day. Larger teams and extra setups are quoted separately; see current commercial packages.
