How fast is delivery?
Typically within 24–48 hours for photos — faster on request for urgent listings. Video and 360° timelines are agreed in advance based on edit complexity. If you need rush turnaround for a specific deadline, just say at the enquiry stage.
Do you offer staging or light styling?
Yes — light styling and guidance on de-cluttering, symmetry and hero angles to maximise appeal. I won’t move furniture or properly stage a property (that’s a separate professional service), but I will straighten cushions, hide cables, close cupboards and shoot from angles that present the space at its best.
Can you shoot occupied homes?
Absolutely — efficient, respectful workflow with minimal disruption. I’ll send a quick prep guide ahead of the shoot (de-clutter tips, what to put away) and work room-by-room so occupants can use the rest of the house while I’m shooting. Most occupied homes are done in 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Are drone shots always possible?
Drone flights depend on airspace, weather and property permission. I’m UK CAA licensed and fully insured, but I won’t fly unsafely. If conditions don’t allow on the day, I’ll capture strong ground-level alternatives so you still get the establishing exteriors the listing needs. What format are the images delivered in?
Standard delivery is WebP and JPEG at portal-optimised sizes (Rightmove and Zoopla spec-friendly) plus full-resolution copies for print. TIFF is available on request for brochure design work.
Everything is colour-accurate, vertically straightened and ready to upload — no further processing needed.
What coverage areas do you serve?
I cover Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, with UK-wide projects by arrangement. Commercial travel is included within a 30-mile radius of Thetford. Beyond that, travel time, mileage and any accommodation are quoted upfront.
How much does property photography in Norfolk cost?
Property shoots are quoted around the address, property size, number of rooms and required images. Tell me whether you also need drone photography, twilight exteriors, walkthrough video, floor plans or a virtual tour. These are options to include in your quote, rather than items automatically included in every photography booking.
How should we prepare a property for photography?
Tidy surfaces, clean windows and mirrors, make beds and put away personal paperwork and valuables. Check lighting, arrange access to every room and move vehicles from key exterior views where possible. Share the listing deadline and priority features beforehand. Occupied properties can be photographed room by room.
