From the henna-and-music energy of the mehndi night, through the procession joy of the baraat, to the deep emotion of the saat phere or anand karaj — every event tells a different chapter of your story.
My job is to capture each one naturally and respectfully — documentary storytelling for the candid moments, cinematic care for the ceremonial ones, and always working around the rhythm of the day rather than interrupting it.

Do you cover Hindu, Sikh and other Indian wedding traditions?
Yes — Hindu, Sikh and other Indian wedding traditions are all covered. I work with respect for the ceremony flow and an understanding of the key moments that matter most. If your wedding involves traditions I haven’t directly covered before, I’ll always have a conversation upfront with you (and a family priest or coordinator if helpful) to make sure I’m in the right place at the right time.
Can you cover multi-day celebrations?
Absolutely — this is one of the main reasons couples book me for Indian weddings. Mehndi, sangeet, haldi, ceremony, reception can all be covered as part of one consistent visual story. Multi-day packages are significantly better value than booking separate suppliers per event, and you get consistency of style across every chapter.
Do you offer both photography and videography?
Yes — my one-photographer hybrid approach covers stills and cinematic film together, with one consistent visual style across both. For larger Indian weddings with multiple simultaneous events (e.g. mehndi and sangeet on the same day, or simultaneous ceremonies), I work with a trusted second shooter at additional cost so nothing is missed.
How do you handle the timing of ceremonial moments?
Indian weddings often have specific muhurat times for key rituals, and ceremony flow can vary by family tradition or priest. I always have a planning conversation ahead of the wedding to understand the schedule, identify the key moments family will want captured (the saat phere, the kanyadaan, the varmala exchange, etc.), and position myself accordingly without interrupting the ceremony.

Do you include drone and 360° filming?
Yes — UK CAA licensed for drone and fully insured. Where venues, weather and airspace allow, drone work captures the decorated venue beautifully (especially baraat processions and outdoor mandap setups). 360-degree coverage adds an immersive layer for ceremony spaces and reception halls.
What about logistics like prayer rooms, photography limits, and family privacy?
Every Indian wedding family has slightly different expectations — some communities prefer fewer photos of women in certain settings, some prefer the photographer to step out during specific rituals, some have strong opinions about flash use in temples or pujas.
I always check at the planning stage what feels right for your family and work around it. The day belongs to you and your traditions — my job is to capture it the way you want it captured.
