Your day, captured from every angle.
I’m Paul Ovenden of Paul Mindy Photography — an award-winning Norfolk wedding photographer and videographer offering immersive 360-degree wedding coverage and virtual venue tours. The whole scene captured at once — you, your guests, your venue — in a single immersive frame you can revisit and look around in.
Regular coverage across Norfolk’s open-air venues, tipi pitches, grand manor lawns and coastal glasshouses — with travel to Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and UK-wide on request.
More than a gimmick — a different way to remember the day.
Standard wedding video shows you what the camera was pointing at. 360-degree capture records the whole scene around the camera — the couple AND the guests reacting AND the venue ambience AND the parents watching from the back AND the dancefloor lights overhead, all in one immersive frame.
Years later, you can revisit a moment and look around in it — see who was standing where during the speeches, the reactions across the room, the friends you didn’t notice at the time. View on a phone or tablet (drag to look around), in a web browser (works without any plugin), or in a VR headset for full immersion.
Three things 360° coverage adds.
Immersive 360° clips
Spherical video of key wedding moments — ceremony, speeches, first dance, group reactions. Delivered as interactive 360-degree files you can view on any device or VR headset.
One-photographer hybrid
Stills, ground video AND 360-degree capture covered by me alone — no separate VR specialist to coordinate, no extra crew, no additional supplier. Consistent style across every format.
Virtual venue tours
360-degree tours of your venue spaces — ceremony room, reception layout, grounds — useful for sharing with guests who can’t attend or for relatives planning travel from abroad.
Works on any device you already own.
No expensive headset needed to enjoy 360-degree wedding footage. You can view it on:
- Phone or tablet — drag your finger across the screen to look around, OR move the phone physically and the view follows like a window
- Web browser — click and drag with the mouse to pan around, works on any modern browser without plugins
- VR headset — Meta Quest, PSVR or similar — full immersive experience, you can turn your head to look anywhere
- Big-screen TV — via Chromecast, Apple TV or compatible smart TV apps
- Shared via private link — send to family and friends with a single link, no app downloads required
Every format is delivered in high-resolution spherical format so your 360-degree memories stay sharp as viewing tech evolves over the years.
Norfolk venues built for immersive stories.
Open-air tipi pitches, woodland clearings, grand manor lawns, coastal glasshouses — Norfolk offers some of the best venue conditions in England for 360-degree wedding capture. 15+ years across these venues means I know how to position the camera for the most immersive shots in each space.
The scenes 360° coverage uniquely tells.
360° wedding FAQs
Quick answers to the practical questions couples ask about 360-degree wedding coverage. Anything else? Send a message — replies within 24 hours.
Do we need a VR headset to watch it?
No — you can view 360-degree wedding video on your phone, tablet, web browser, big-screen TV, or VR headset. On phone or tablet you simply drag to look around. In a browser you click and drag with the mouse. A VR headset is the most immersive option but completely optional. The files work everywhere.
How is 360° different from a regular wedding video?
A regular wedding video shows you what the camera was pointing at. 360-degree video records everything around the camera in every direction, in a single immersive frame you can look around inside.
That means you can see the couple AND the guests reacting AND the venue ambience AND the dancefloor lights overhead, all from the same moment. You can revisit a scene years later and look at something different each time — the reactions you didn’t notice on the day.
Is 360° the same thing as VR?
360-degree video is the content format. VR is the viewing format. 360 video can be viewed on regular screens (phone, tablet, browser, TV) by dragging to look around, OR in a VR headset for full immersion. The same file works in both cases — you just choose how to experience it.
Can you cover normal photo and video AS WELL as 360°?
Yes — this is how most couples book. My one-photographer hybrid setup covers traditional stills, cinematic ground-level video AND 360-degree capture all in a single workflow. No separate VR specialist to brief, no extra crew, consistent style across every format.
360 is offered as an addition to standard photo and video packages rather than a separate booking.
What about a 360° virtual tour of our venue?
Available as an add-on — especially useful for couples with guests travelling from abroad who can’t attend in person, or for sharing your venue spaces with relatives planning logistics. 360-degree tours of ceremony rooms, reception layouts and key grounds delivered ahead of the wedding day where access allows, or captured on the day for post-event sharing.
How long does it take to deliver 360° files?
360-degree files take slightly longer to process than standard video — the spherical stitching, colour matching and audio sync work add to the timeline. Expect 360-degree clips to follow your standard gallery and film delivery by a few weeks.
If you need a 360-degree highlight ready for a specific event (anniversary, social launch, etc.), let me know at the planning stage and we’ll prioritise it.
